Advinski 50ft Garden Hose review
A lightweight, non-expanding garden hose with leak-resistant brass fittings and a 10-function spray nozzle.
Quick take
This 50 ft non-expanding hose weighs just 2.75 lbs, aimed at eliminating the heavy dragging feeling of traditional hoses. Aluminum-plated brass fittings with sealing washers provide dual-layer leak prevention, and it includes a 10-spray-mode nozzle covering everything from a gentle mist to a concentrated jet. It's built to the universal 3/4" US standard fitting size.
From our own use
Some people call it a hosepipe, but I simply call it a garden hose. This non-expanding model feels well made, is reasonably priced, and includes a useful nozzle. It has been a good-quality purchase for me.

Who it's for
Good fit
- Anyone wanting a durable, non-expanding hose rather than a cheaper expandable one
- People who want a lightweight hose that's easy to drag around the yard
- Households wanting a multi-mode nozzle without buying one separately
Skip it if
- You specifically want an expandable/collapsible hose for compact storage
Design and daily use
Non-expanding construction is the detail that matters most for longevity — expandable hoses are prone to inner-tube failure over time, while this style tends to hold up better under regular use and higher pressure. The dual-layer leak prevention at the fittings addresses the second most common hose failure point, so both ends of the durability equation are covered.
Pros and cons
