For 40 years, Joey Bayer selected the full range of materials, finishes, and specifications for custom-built homes — colors, styles, and every building component that went into a finished house, built on hands-on experience across well over 1,000 homes. That work meant constantly researching products, weighing options against real engineering requirements, and matching each choice to what a homeowner actually needed. Over time, that same practice of selecting the right product broadly overlapped into consumer products.
That background carries over directly into Coastal Picks. Decades spent evaluating materials, comparing options, and specifying exactly the right product for a given need means a genuine, practical familiarity with the products that make a house — and a life — function well, from lawn care and grilling to cleaning, storage, and everyday home essentials.
